What/Where: Loft apt. in the up-and-coming area "Bushwick/but safe"
Looks Good, Right?: Actually, doesn't look that good, given that the photos appear to have been taken in a thick fog. But the neighborhood itself does have advantages, according to the listing prose: "I drive and Ive never had my vehicle tampered w/. Dont believe the stories youve heard about the area its where all the artists are moving because Williamsburg got to expensive!"
The Catch: On second thought, perhaps the neighborhood's a little too friendly: "Ive lived here for 2 years as well as the ladies below me and its a great ego boost for them cause they get hit on ALL THE TIME!!!"
