On the Racked: Soho is Sohover Edition

And now, the latest from Racked, covering retail and shopping from the sidewalks up.

[In the window at Alice + Olivia in Nolita; story behind the chair.]

1) Soho: You know it's Sohover when Crocs plans its first NYC retail store, at Spring and Wooster—directly across the street from Chanel. On the, um, upside?, Ambercrombie & Fitch is indeed taking over the space at 600 Broadway in Soho that currently houses Pottery Barn—and opening an A&F, not a Hollister.

2) Lower East Side: Checking in on the ever-evolving face of Rivington Street, the long-shuttered boutique Honeymoon is to be replaced by something called Le Sous-Sol. Down the block a ways, boutique Lola y Maria is closed for renovations.

3) Midtown East: Want in at next week's Prada sample sale? Book now!!!
