Continuing our theme this week of rapid-fire construction on the Upper East Side, a
tipster writes in, "I just wanted to share with you that 212 East 95th Street is putting up floors at a rate of a floor a day for the past week. Very impressive since less than a month ago this lot was empty." A floor a day? We know it's not a government contract. Can anyone shed any light on the deal with Speedy and the crew on East 95th?
