The Saga of Coney Island moves from the ridiculous to the sublime with this morning's Post scoop that Deputy Mayor Daniel Doctoroff has offered to swap trading cards—er, land parcels—with Joseph Sitt's Thor Equities. Per the map above, Sitt would surrender the 10 acres he owns along Stillwell Avenue, receiving in return the 350,000 square feet of land that now comprises the parking lot for KeySpan Park. Thor luxury boxes above Keyspan Park: now that's a compromise we can get behind.
