Not to be outdone by their Manhattan counterparts, it's clear that Brooklyn, too, has run out of new development names. Take, for instance, the new development at 111 Steuben Street in Clinton Hill, which has been moving along at a snail's pace. (The not-quite-in-character-with-the-neighborhood structure will be covered in glass and features 35 1BR-2BR condos.) While the individual apartment listings are not yet available, the building does finally have a name: The Absolute. Says the Developers Group of their new offspring, "Reside in the Absolute Home. The Absolute homes feature a beautifully designed kitchen, all Bosch appliances, stainless steel cabinetry, and aluminum backsplash combining to create a perfectly luxurious environment." Alrighty. Most intriguing? Fireplaces in select units. But anyone else feeling an Absolute Lawsuit coming on for trademark infringement?
