What/Where: two-bedroom share, Clinton Hill
Looks Good, Right?: The roommate sounds enthusiastic, friendly and accommodating: "The first picture is of the room for rent. By the time of move in, the room can be completely unfurnished, with plenty of room for a full size bed, bookshelf, smaller desk, and other reasonable accouterments, and an empty closet with 2 levels of space (so you can hang up twice as many clothes!). Alternatively, there is a futon (seen in the picture) available for your use if you would rather have a bed that takes up less space." Twice as many clothes! Hooray! Other photos show lots of light in the living area and a built-in micro in the kitchen.
The Catch: Use of the futon is handy if "you have lots of musical instruments, like me, or a large porcelain doll collection...although note: I am not responsible for anything that happens to the porcelain doll collection. I can't really help it; their eyes creep me out."
