One Ten 3rd Getting Taste of East Village Lifestyle

Now that the Toll Brothers' luxuryish One Ten 3rd has shirt-doffing residents who hate being barged in on by icky construction workers, it's good to see that the building is finally going the extra mile to fit in with its artsy East Village surroundings. Like, say, some graffiti on the front doors. It's a nice first try and we respect the effort, surely, but it comes nowhere near the authenticity the Toll Bros. are chasing with their interactive art installation outside the building.

Ladies and gentleman, we give you Bird Eating Puke. The Toll Brothers would like to thank all the NYU undergrads who live in the surrounding area for their assistance in the creation of this piece. Magnifico!
