A new $8.25 million Soho listing just turned up on Corcoran, represented by superbroker Deborah Grubman. That's usually enough to get on our radar, and booyah, check out the address: 76 Crosby Street. This Soho loft building has quite the recent history. It's become something of a metaphor for Kelly Ripa's financial success (she keeps movin' on up), it briefly housed Nicole Kidman after her split form Lenny Kravitz, and we're told Gawker Media head honcho Nick Denton lives on the second floor. A Curbed tipster thinks this 5,400-square-foot three bedroom loft is the third floor, which was bought by Harvey Weinstein in 2005 for just over $6.8 million to house A-list stars in town to shoot Weinstein-produced movies. Haven't you always wanted to step foot in a room where Leo DiCaprio got lucky? Maybe that's just us.
