Some parking spaces today have been filled with people hanging out atop sod. Why? Because it's "International Park(ing) Day." That's when "urban dwellers all around the world reclaim on-street parking spaces for purposes more creative and life-affirming than private motor vehicle storage." There haven't been any ugly incidents reported yet and we know and we don't know if alternate side rules apply.
