To all those that have wondered what in hell that circular thing is on the facade at the top of 20 Bayard Street on southern flank of Karl Fischer Row in Williamsburg, blogger Restless offers a possibility. It will have serious Karl Fischer-ized bling overlooking the runners and soccer players in McCarren Park. This is not to be confused with the adjacent Aurora, the building with the "?" pointing to the hole, that has been compared to a trash compactor.
