The Toll Brothers' first Manhattan project, One Ten 3rd, might also be big and blue, but we're going to go out on a limb and say that this sold-out condo building will probably never get the BLUE love. Still, it's a force to be reckoned with. There are still those wood planks to deal with, but the appliances are in there, the signage is up and there's some sort of doorman/security guard manning the lobby. Friends, One Ten 3rd is officially coming along, and we couldn't be happier for the Upper East Village's tower of power. Now if only someone would tip us off to what retail is headed into the building...
