My assumption is that this person missed their backyard vegetable garden and decided to install a mobile one, allowing them to park it in the sunlight as needed. The truck is outfitted with a system to catch rainwater and disperse it among the plants -- a very robust little crop of peppers, tomatoes, etc.We are now officially speechless.
