Today, the responses to Tuesday's Rumblings & Bumblings...
3) Harlem: The blue fencing and digging going on at the northeast corner of Central Park (110th Street and Fifth Avenue) will be the long-planned Museum for African Art, the first new museum along Museum Mile in many moons. The L-shaped plan contains, of course, a 19-story luxury condo building. The architect is, of course, Robert A.M. Stern, who now sleeps only 20 minutes every fortnight.
1) Hell's Kitchen: There were no replies regarding the spotlight situation at The Link building on 52nd Street. Undoubtedly the lights will remain just as intense in the future, allowing authorities to locate more dead bodies being wheeled to check-cashing stores.
2) Gramercy: The sold lot at 23rd Street and Second Avenue remains a mystery ... for now.
