Williamsburg doesn't have a ton of buildings that have sprouted growths on top due to all the brand new construction. But, it does have some, and one of the most prominent is the work of architect Robert Scarano. This building on N. 1 Street has gotten a radical remake. The only original feature remaining being the front facade. In any case, a tipster got this photo from the roof of the nearby Mill Building, writing, "his building, which is what I see from my kitchen window, has been a source of pain to me for months and months."
