We last checked in on the crackling fire at the expansive sales office at our friend 125 N 10 in Williamsburg before the holidays. It was warm and inviting, albeit on a TV screen. We can report that the office is still warm and toasty and that the wall in front is now decorated with a "Welcome to Condoburg" message, but in a way that makes for a perfectly-framed photo.
