Those waiting for a decision on the Pier 40 plans will have to wait longer. The Hudson River Park Trust declined again to vote on proposals without accepting or rejecting plans from the Related Companies and the Pier 40 Partnership. A Curbed correspondent at the meeting reports that there will be more discussion and another board meeting in March.
