Followers of that Hot Zone of Williamsburg known as Berry Street will recall the holes being cut in 44 Berry and the impending Friedrich-ization of the building. Well, that post prompted a tipster to send a revised rendering of the building that shows the AC vents (deep sigh of relief) will be painted or disguised in some way to try to make them blend with the building. Well, at least they appear to be that way in the rendering. We'll have to wait for some reality to actually see. It's going to be 42 rentals with street level retail.
