SOHO?Howard Street, the border between Soho and Chinatown, is still somewhat hardscrabble and industrial, but it's also a hipster fashion destination?thanks to Opening Ceremony and other pricey boutiques that have recently opened on the block. So perhaps it's only appropriate that the corner of Broadway and Howard got one of those third-party-painted Banksy murals going up around the 'hood, though crack probably got priced out of Soho 30 years ago.
