Curbed PriceSpotter: Central Park Before-and-After

New, 17 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 4BR, 4.5BA condo on West 63rd Street btwn Broadway/CPW
Square Feet: 2,800
Maintenance: $3,700
The Skinny: The photos look très professonal, and the listing for this so-close-to-15-CPW-we-can-smell-the-gold-doubloons condo says it's an "Architectural Digest property." If the above photos are from the magazine, we'll be sure to wake up our copyright lawyer. Otherwise, the most interesting thing going on here is the floorplan. The apartment (which boasts "panoramic Central Park views") was renovated by an "iconic architect," and just to show you what the icon was up to, the listing includes a before-and-after look of the layout. Fun, but this game isn't called Photo Hunt. It's PriceSpoter! So, how much?
