"I live in a rent stabilized building in Queens. Since I have been living in this apartment I get my lease renewal each May like clockwork from the management company. This year I have not seen it appear even though they keep cashing my checks at last year's rates. I would normally call them to remind them about the lease, but I have had to do some serious repairs in my place due to their negligence.
