This is 365 Union Avenue, a Robert Scarano building that seems like it's been under construction since about 1999, but really has only been underway for more than a year. The final look of the building has just started revealing itself, with a black facade and dark smoked glass, and is emerging as Union Avenue's Prince of Darkness. It's a shame that Luminous was already used up for Mr. Scarano's dark tower on Richardson Street, but maybe The Radiant or The Vivid would work here.
