CurbedWire: Bowery Lofts Branded, Harlem Houses Trimmed

New, 2 comments

BOWERY?The conversion of the upper floors of the old brick building at 316 Bowery that houses hot new restaurant Double Crown just got a name, kinda. Per the photo at right sent in via special Curbed tipster, the three full-floor apartments can now be called the Bowery and Bleecker Lofts, perchance? Check out the fancy new website, too. Advice to future tenants: ear plugs. [CurbedWire Inbox]

EAST HARLEM?An update now on former Development Du Jour East 120th Street Townhouses, newly-built triplets over in East River Plazaville. A tipster writes: "My what a few months of escalating global financial crisis and evaporating credit will do to the three-family townhouse market in East Harlem. The townhouses have been through the pricechopper. The middle home is being marketed for $1.45 million, and they're asking slightly more for the two end homes. Open house this weekend and the following." [CurbedWire Inbox]
