Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond (with his Twiggy doppleganger/supermodel fiancée Agness Deyn in tow) has found a buyer for his East Village apartment, New York reports. The two-bedroom, 1,000-square-foot co-op at 141 East 3rd Street (aka Ageloff Towers) joined Corcoran's roster back in August, asking $1.19 million. Rather modest, all things considered. On the interior design front, we're going to hedge our bets on Deyn; no fear of color here, not unlike the the It Girl's mindfuck of a wardrobe. Hammond's in-home studio wasn't spared the Crayola treatment, either; note the blue lava lamp and matching Star of David. Nice touches. On to the postmortem: Score one for Brooklyn hipsters, as the lovebirds are rumored to be fleeing on the next L train to (gasp!) Williamsburg.
