If you recall, disco king/hotel messiah/developer-to-the-stars Ian Schrager just upped his mortgage to finance the build-out of his penthouse at 40 Bond. We'd love to know what he's doing with that extra $4.55 million, but the place is now sealed off to Noho's prying eyes. Oh well, back to stalking Ricky Martin.
