Not to rain on anyone's parade, but the sign outside our friend Urban Green on N. 6 in Williamsburg says that the expected completion date was Oct. 1. Eh. Give or take by a little bit. But enough negativity, the good news is that after months of delays and stop work orders and complaints the building was threatening to cause its neighbors to fall over, there is actually measurable progress on the building which is, in fact, sold out. The building will have 47 condos on five floors and one day next year people will move in. Hey, progress is progress. Around this time last year, it was a big pit with a machine spewing exhaust 24/7.
