Good job L train, after a gazillion dollars in investment, the latest rider report card gives the train a C+, which is up from a C last year. This could be because less people care, though. There were only 2,216 "report cards" turned in for the L this year compared to 4,033 last year. An estimated 300,000 people a week ride the L. The L got better grades for more reasonable waits between trains and less delays. Oh, yeah, the 7 train got a C-minus, the same as last year, but it lacks the hipster factor. [NYT]
