Screw weird ideas about 40-story Greenpoint towers, the Burg waterfront is where it's at and for those that haven't visited in a while, this shows the view down N. 5 Street of buildings that are actually being built instead of being dreamed about. From left to right we have, Northside Piers Tower One, which is occupied and is now on rent-to-own status, Northside Piers Tower Two, which is going up pretty damned fast and the good, old Edge, the first tower of which was topped off last week. Now, that's some serious Brooklyn highrise waterfront development.
