"This is just a preview for all those who didn't live through NYC's turbulent 70s. The worst part was subways that came once every half hour and then broke down halfway between stations. Infrequent service is going to return. All those commuting to Brooklyn and Queens will feel the downturn the most. In Manhattan -- we will have more crazy homeless people, slashing, bashing, squatting and defecating in the middle of the streets -- and that will just be the former i-bankers.
