Coming hot on the heels of the brokerage switch and pricechopping at Nolita's 11 Spring, which saw the three units in the restored and renovated Candle Building go from a combined price of $39.8 million to $36.5 million after sitting unsold for more than a year, the Core Group has launched a new website to market the building. Photos galore! Meanwhile, back on the Core site, two of the three units' listings are up and running. The "Penthouse" is now $16.155 million, down from $17.95 million, and the "Carriage House" went from $15.15 million to $13.6 million. The "Loft" listing, the smallest of the three, isn't up there, but going by this 10% cut trend, it should be asking just over $6 million.
