The Downtown Express is live with its 13th annual World Trade Center Progress Report, which pretty much tells you all you need to know about the redevelopment of the WTC right there. Highlights include motivational words from developer Larry Silverstein ("New York City's economy has always absorbed every inch of office space that has been constructed. There is no reason to expect this time to be any different.") and new WTC taskmaster Chris Ward on how the Port Authority will be "better neighbors" during construction (combating illegal vending, studying pedestrian flow patterns, etc.).
