Following on the heels of Abu Dhabi's NYU campus, Doha, Qatar has bought forged an alliance with the Tribeca Film Festival. Qatar's Museum Authority announced its strategic partnership with the venerable event yesterday, reporting live and direct from the I.M. Pei-designed Museum of Islamic Art.
