You've got to love old signs, especially as they manifest themselves in Brooklyn neighborhoods like Bed-Stuy. There is, for instance, Horn Paint, which was a real paint company before it went way. There's the Weinstein Decorating Center that's been serving the commmunity since 1939, which is about when it looks like the sign was done. And there's Park Ave. Building and Roofing, which nobody will ever confuse with Home Depot. [Bed-Stuy Banana]
