WTC?The Port Authority wants to make a few things clear about our take on Steve Cuozzo's report this morning regarding potential construction delays (due to a wall at the site) at Fumihiko Maki's Tower 4 at the World Trade Center: "1) There is active and ongoing construction on t4 foundation and the wall is not an impediment to that construction. 2) The two portions of the retaining wall that need issues resolved make up about 20 to 25 feet of the approximately 200 foot wall. 3) We are already working with Silverstein Properties on how to resolve the issues on these parts of the wall to support the foundation footings." HARLEM?Try your hardest to remember former Development Du Jour 2280 FDB, at Frederick Douglass Boulevard near 123rd Street. Nothing? How about now? OK. Anyway, there are 18 "affordable" units now up for grabs in the development, according to an e-mail from the Department of Housing Preservation & Development. You can download the PDF of the requirements and instructions right here, but if your household pulls in more than $83,531.25 annually, don't bother. [CurbedWire Inbox]
