Devil is in the Details

We haven't had a spicy real estate lawsuit since the last Plaza penthouse buyer woke up on the wrong side of the bed, so this will have to do for now: a former employee of Jersey real estate mogul/ex-con Charles Kushner claims Kushner diverted millions from his $1.8 billion purchase of 666 Fifth Avenue (briefly the most expensive office building purchase ever) to fund the New York Observer, owned by Kushner's son, Jared. In the suit, the employee (who was fired from the financing arm of Kushner's company) says he is owed money from the 666 deal. [NYP]
