Red Hook Wreckage: Old Revere Dome Site in Winter

Around this time two years ago the old Revere Dome in Red Hook started coming down. The demo took nearly a year and the site was used as overflow parking by Ikea this summer. The most recent rumor is that the land will be home to a BJ's and some housing. That plan might have fallen through, however. A sign hanging from a surviving building offering waterfront land owned by Thor Equities and developer Joe Sitt is a relatively recent addition.
