Finishing out the week back in Chelsea, on the not entirely pleasant block of 23rd Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, we have here this new-to-market one bedroom (really sort of a two-bedroom, actually), asking $475,000. Both the kitchen and the bathroom look to be in very nice shape (as does the building's washer/dryer setup, as helpfully revealed in the listing photos), and as for the floors, the listings prose describes them as "lustrous from years of hand polishing." The listings prose also says this: "OWNER SAYS SELL IMMEDIATELY!!" So there's that. First open house this Sunday.
