Scarano vs. Quadrini #1: Fourth Avenue Edition

New, 2 comments

Last night, the departure of Robert Scarano from the 360 Smith Heavy Metal project and his replacement by Armand Quadrini of KSQ Architects was announced. It's not the first project where Mr. Quadrini has stepped up to the plate for Scarano. Mr. Quadrini also did a redesign of 255 Fourth Avenue, one of the buildings rising on Brooklyn's new Park Avenue. It will be a 12-story building with 41 units, but it currently has some Stop Work Order-related issues. Also, renderings of another Quadrini pinch hitting appearance on Fourth Avenue have surfaced. In this case, it's at a site that was once to have an Enrique Norten building.
