Following the overwhelming consensus of two commenters yesterday, the pricing poll hereby returns to New to Market. For today's edition, we head waaaaay uptown, stopping just short of Inwood in Hudson Heights, where this simple but attractive one bedroom (check the floorplan and its 700sqft of glory) hit the market a few weeks back, priced at $355,000.
