Around this time last year, the historic Hackett Building was coming down in Long Island City, brick by brick offering up some high-end destructoporn in the process. Its replacement, ten63, has been rising and the very pointy steel frame is in place. Life has been good to our jagged little friend too: units started hitting the market in the fall and 30 are in contract, leaving only seven angular units to go.
