The sale of 50 rental buildings in Queens with nearly 2,000 units to a real estate firm that has "what critics say is a track record of pushing out low-income tenants has some renters feeling uneasy." The landlord says they are "very, very dedicated to protecting and upholding the rights" of residents. [NYDN]
