When Donald Trump stood in the unfinished lobby of the Trump Soho and announced the kick-off of sales in the hotel-condo, he said that 3,200 applications (applications!) had already been received for the skyscraper's 400 units. Five months later, the building is popping up in sponsored GMail links. Are the legal appeal and occupancy restrictions weighing the sales effort down? As far as we know, foreign buyers don't care about either. Maybe New York's terrifyingly large shemonsters are scaring them away?
