Here's another glimpse of that corner of Brooklyn known as Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, last seen in the context of a 20-story glass tower that is planned for a corner near Prospect Park. The images above were posted by neighborhood blogger Hawthorne Street, who took a look around at both some of the Fedders Buildings going up and other possible plans. The photo on the left is 186 Lenox Road as it appears today. The rendering on the right is what might go on the property--a seven-story building with 62 units. The plan could be toast, as the property is back on the market, but it's interesting in a neighborhood future kind of way. Hawthorne Street doesn't like it, writing it would "follow the 'no context' model that we saw on the Lincoln Road renderings."
