Harlem Denied A Good Screw

New, 10 comments

East River Plaza, that crazy big mall being built along the FDR in Harlem, is thisclose to losing Home Depot as a flagship tenant. Home Depot signed a lease, but are now reconsidering given the state of the economy. "The big-box retailer would likely be responsible for finding another tenant to take over its 100,000 square foot space," Crain's reports. East River Plaza is a joint project from Blumenfeld Development and (who else?) Forest City Ratner. [Crain's via Racked]
