When one sits to have a think about famed Crosby Street condo buildings, two addresses should immediately spring to mind: 30 Crosby, with its eternally-on-the-market Lenny Kravitz penthouse, and 76 Crosby, home to Kelly Ripa (duplex penthouse) and Gawker Media's Nick Denton (second floor), and the onetime celebrity crash pad for Harvey Weinstein's friends (third floor). Right above Weinstein's old place is this 5,262-square-foot apartment, recently listed for a healthy $9.4 million. The fourth-floor unit is, per a tipster, owned by "nobody famous," but don't let that be a deterrent. Some color on the 3BR, 3.5BA condo from the Sotheby's listing: "The property comprises impressive entrance hall/gallery from your private elevator, superbly proportioned living and entertaining space, exceptionally appointed eat-in kitchen with sleek surfaces with side by side Sub-Zero refrigerators, double Gaggenau wall ovens, double Gaggenau cooktops and a huge walk-in pantry." And, we're sure, sufficient insulation to block out the pitter-patter of all those little Ripas running around above.
