After last week's look at that beau-arts style townhouse on East 80th, today's newcomer brings quite a different aesthetic to the table. We're talking old-school carriage house, friends, done up in a rustic Italian kind of style—a little downscale, perhaps, for a place that's asking $22.5 million, but probably quite a relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. The one thing we don't know about this place is the address—Sotheby's, god bless their WASPy reserve, has declined to list the location. Any of our Upper East Side experts care to fill us in? (UPDATE: There we go: 134 East 64th.) Also, er, any theories on those pipes painted in bright primary colors?
