Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn may be getting a 600,000 square foot glass box with retail on the bottom and condos on top. The developer is United American Land, and they'd preserve a landmark building at 505 Fulton Street and, per renderings, put up something that looks like the Apple cube, except really big and rectangular. They want a "national retailer" on the ground floor and luxe condos above. [Brownstoner]
