In a move that we can only imagine will set the Stuy Town/PCV tenants' message board aflame, landlord Tishman Speyer has installed flatscreen monitors in the lobbies of Peter Cooper Village apartment buildings. The monitors display upcoming events (art show!), breaking news, sports scores, weather reports, and the rising pulse rates of rent-stabilized tenants. [ANIMAL]
