"I like the architecture. It's a huge improvement over what has been built around that area. Unfortunately, the residents of Toren will get no decent view at all. This is what the brokers won't tell you: On the north side, Avalon Bay is building a 42 story rental. On the east side Catsimatidis will construct a 37 story mixed-use. To the east are the extremely fugly Metrotech towers. The wild card is the triangular parking lot abutting Toren on the side end. Chances are some developer will drop a flatiron tower there as well."
