"I bought my place over a year ago for exactly the reasons that we're now seeing in Harlem. Central Harlem is uniquely positioned to experience the greatest changes in reduction of crime, an increase in restaurants/retail and the rise of the middle and upper classes. The Mount Morris Historic District is there, as are numerous and frequent bus service, the 2/3 and 4/5/6 subway lines, and NOT the gargantuan public housing projects that East Harlem has. The next year or so will be an interesting time to be an owner in Central Harlem." [2056 Fifth Avenue: Less Rhapsody, More Furnishings]
