A lot of people came in a little over the asking price on this bit of Typical Trump loveliness at 220 Riverside Boulevard, although a number of guesses were within a $100,000-$250,000 or so of the $3.285M asking price and many took the opportunity to critique the design and wonder about remodeling costs. Of course, you know, "There are stunning river views from the 35th floor of this sophisticated 6 room apartment. Meticulous details, including moldings, built-ins and wallcovering set the Park Avenue tone." This may account for the high guesses, although we had some significantly under the range too, and the aforementioned desire to shave a few hundred thousand off for the redo.
